It’s tempting, and sometimes even inevitable, to come home from a long day and simply roll into bed (after taking your shoes off of course – we’re not Neanderthals!). However, the time you think you’re ‘saving’ instead of getting ready for bed can actually cost you when it comes to creating the right environment for a decent beauty sleep; think deep, restful and rejuvenating for face, body, mind and soul. Ohh… we could go one of those right about now.
